Howick Hawks Minor Ball's Mission is:
- Providing local youth (age 3 and older) with an opportunity to learn, develop and improve their hardball skills
- Assist our youth in developing skills that will make them successful in their future careers and as citizens in their community
- Provide each player with an atmosphere that encourages mental, social, and emotional knowledge
- Instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity
